Basic Life Support (BLS)
Consciousness check → Airway clearance → Breathing check → 30 chest compressions + 2 rescue breaths cycle.
Bleeding
Direct pressure, tourniquet use, and shock position are important topics.
Fractures and Dislocations
Immobilization (splinting), ice application, and elevation are basic interventions.
Burns
Cool with cold water (at least 10 min), cover the burn, and transport to hospital.
Poisoning
Do not induce vomiting (acid/base) as a general rule. Calling the poison control line is important.
